How long do sessions last? Sessions run 50 minutes to an hour. I work with clients in my office, as well as by telephone and online.

How much do sessions cost? Sessions are $100 per hour for individuals and $125 for couples and/or families. On a case-by-case basis, I will work on a sliding scale. I accept cash, checks and credit cards.

Can I use my insurance? Yes. I accept Medicare; Aetna; Cigna; Humana, including Life Sync, Military and Choice Care; Beacon Health Options; Bensinger & Dupont (EAP); Saint Barnabas; Carebridge (EAP); Multiplan, including PHCS, PHCS-Savility and Beech Street; Blue Cross Blue Shield (out-of-network provider only); New Directions (EAP); All In One Health (EAP); MHNet, including Coventry and Vista; Comp Psych (EAP); Cura Link (EAP); NPPN & Plan Care; American Behavioral Health; Concordia Behavioral Health; Integral Quality Care; NASW Assurance (EAP); Value Options and E4 (EAP). New policies are added frequently.

What is your cancellation policy? If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients are asked to provide 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
